Port Orange code enforcement complaints

City desk. Not Volusia County.

Inside city limits, Port Orange code complaints go to the City’s Code Enforcement.

SNITCH is a private filing service, not the City. We file as complainant of record. Your name stays off the complaint.

Compliant with Florida SB 60.
Filed with Port Orange Code Enforcement under our name.

Fear of Retaliation

Port Orange puts it this way: “Complainants must provide their names and addresses in order for code enforcement officers to conduct such investigations.” File it yourself and that record is public under Chapter 119.

Who Handles It

Inside Port Orange: Port Orange Code Enforcement. Unincorporated Volusia: Volusia County Code Compliance. Other cities run their own desks.

Agent Filing Rules

We file under our name with the desk that owns the address. If that shop bounces a third-party complainant, that filing does not sit there.

How It Works

Address first. Port Orange or Volusia County second. Then we file.
How This Works

"SNITCH cuts through red tape—handling your code complaints professionally, safely, and always in compliance with Florida law.
- Chaz Stevens, Chief Snitch

We file the real ones.
We reject the rest.

City code. Not a grudge.

Every submission is checked against the Port Orange code, including Chapter 14, Article II, Property Maintenance Code. Hearsay, neighbor wars, and junk filings do not go out. A false complaint is on the client.

Issues Port Orange highlights: Commercial Property Maintenance Program, abandoned real property registration, front-yard parking and RV parking, and high weeds and grass.

FL SB 60

Why It Matters

SB 60 DID NOT END PORT ORANGE COMPLAINTS

Florida law requires a name and address before most code investigations start. File direct with Port Orange Code Enforcement and that name is public. SNITCH files as complainant of record.

Compliant filing. Our name on the paper.

See something. File it without becoming the file.
