What happens if a violation is not fixed?
Unresolved unincorporated Volusia cases go before a Code Enforcement Board or a Special Magistrate. Effective April 2026, Code Enforcement Board hearings are held on the second Wednesday of each month, and Special Magistrate hearings are held as needed on the third Wednesday.
