Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use are a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity, "you") and The Z Production Group, Inc., doing business as SNITCH ("SNITCH," "JoeSnitch.com," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://joesnitch.com website and any related media, channel, or application (collectively, the "Site"). We are registered in Florida, United States, with our registered office at [VERIFY REGISTERED ADDRESS — the draft listed two: 980 N. Federal Highway, Ste 110, Boca Raton, FL 33432 in this section and 1425 SE 14th Avenue, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441 in Contact Us. A binding agreement can carry only one principal/registered address. Confirm which is correct and use it in both places. Note the arbitration venue clause below should match the county of the correct address.].
By accessing the Site, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms or documents posted on the Site from time to time are incorporated here by reference. We may change these Terms of Use at any time at our discretion. We will note changes by updating the "Last Updated" date, and your continued use after a change means you accept it.
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 may not use or register for the Site.
No Legal Advice
SNITCH is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation or legal advice. We are an administrative filing service that prepares and submits municipal code compliance complaints on behalf of users. For legal guidance specific to your situation, consult a licensed Florida attorney.

Filing Process
SNITCH files complaints under our own name as the complainant of record. We do not name you to the agency. This is how filing through us keeps your name out of the public complaint record. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail and its limits.
Procedures and response times vary by jurisdiction and are subject to each agency's discretion. SNITCH makes no guarantee that a complaint will be reviewed, investigated, or acted on. The service we provide is the preparation and filing of the complaint, not any particular outcome.
We file only where a jurisdiction will accept an agent-filed complaint. We confirm that before charging you. If we cannot file in your jurisdiction, we will tell you, and our Refund Policy governs what happens to any payment.
User Responsibilities
Accuracy of Information
Every complaint you submit must be truthful and accurate. You may not submit complaints that are knowingly false, misleading, or intended to retaliate. Complaints rejected because of inaccurate information may be resubmitted with corrections, subject to the terms of our Refund Policy.
Compliance With Law
You must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. You are fully responsible for the content of, and the legal consequences arising from, any complaint you initiate. Knowingly filing a false complaint is illegal in Florida.
Anti-Harassment & Abuse
SNITCH is not to be used for personal vendettas, feuds, or harassment. Any attempt to file a complaint to harm, intimidate, or retaliate against another person or business is prohibited. Violators may be permanently banned and reported to the appropriate authorities.
Privacy, Data & Disclosure
Data Collection
We collect personal information solely to file complaints and administer the service. We do not sell, rent, or share user data except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
Anonymity Is Not Guaranteed
Florida law requires that a code enforcement complaint include a complainant's name and address. [VERIFY STATUTE CITE — the draft cited Fla. Stat. §162.21(3)(b); the operative change is SB 60 (2021), which amended Chapter 162. §162.21 concerns penalty/citation schedules and is likely the wrong section. Either insert the verified section number or use the general reference: "under Florida's SB 60 (2021), which amended Chapter 162, Florida Statutes."]
SNITCH files under its own name and does not name you to the agency, so your identity is not in the public complaint record. However, the information we hold is subject to lawful legal process. In the event of a court order, subpoena, or other lawful request, we will comply as required by law, which may include disclosing the name of the person on whose behalf we filed. Filing through SNITCH reduces your public exposure; it does not place you beyond legal process, and we do not promise otherwise.
SNITCH is not responsible for retaliation, harm, or other consequences resulting from disclosure that is required by law.
Acknowledgment of Risk
You understand that anonymity is not guaranteed and that the protection SNITCH provides depends on the municipality and on Florida's public-records law. Using this service means you consent to any legally required disclosure.
Payment Terms
Pricing & Fees
The service operates on a pay-per-use basis, with optional add-ons such as expedited submission, document retrieval, or re-filing that may carry additional charges.
Refunds
Our fees are largely non-refundable because intake work begins as soon as you pay. The limited circumstances in which a refund or service credit is available are set out in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
SNITCH makes no guarantee of complaint enforcement, response, or outcome. You agree to indemnify and hold SNITCH and its affiliates harmless from any claim, dispute, damage, or loss arising from your use of the service. SNITCH assumes no responsibility for the content or consequences of user-submitted complaints, and is not liable for retaliation or damages arising from any disclosure required by law.
Termination of Access
We may deny access or terminate service for malicious use, repeated abuse of the complaint system, or violation of any part of these Terms. SNITCH may refuse service to anyone, at any time, at its sole discretion.
Submissions
Any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide about the Site ("Submissions") are non-confidential and become our sole property. We own all rights to them and may use and share them for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.
You waive all moral rights to any Submissions, and you warrant that each Submission is your original work or that you have the right to submit it. You agree there is no recourse against us for any alleged or actual infringement of any proprietary right in your Submissions.
Site Management
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Site for violations of these Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law or these Terms; (3) refuse, restrict, or disable any of your Contributions at our discretion; (4) remove content that is excessive in size or burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Site to protect our rights and property and keep it functioning properly.
Privacy Policy
By using the Site, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use. The Site is hosted in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you transfer your data to the United States and agree to its processing here.
Term & Termination
These Terms of Use remain in effect while you use the Site.
WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION, WE MAY, AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES) TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT IN THESE TERMS OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW. WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR DELETE ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION YOU POSTED, AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
If we terminate or suspend your account, you may not register a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party.
Modifications & Interruptions
We may change, modify, or remove Site content at any time at our discretion, without notice. We may also modify or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice. We are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.
We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times. Nothing in these Terms obligates us to maintain or support the Site or to supply any corrections, updates, or releases.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, applicable to agreements made and performed entirely within Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Binding Arbitration
If the Parties cannot resolve a Dispute through informal negotiation, the Dispute (except those expressly excluded below) will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WITHOUT THIS PROVISION, YOU WOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT AND TO A JURY TRIAL. Arbitration will be conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") and, where appropriate, the AAA's Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes. Except where the applicable AAA rules or law require otherwise, arbitration will take place in [VERIFY VENUE COUNTY — set this to the county of the correct registered address above. The draft said Palm Beach County, which matches the Boca Raton address but not the Deerfield Beach (Broward) address. Make the venue and the address agree.], Florida.
Restrictions
Any arbitration is limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) no arbitration may be joined with another proceeding; (b) there is no right for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis; and (c) there is no right for any Dispute to be brought in a representative capacity on behalf of the general public or others.
Exceptions to Arbitration
The following Disputes are not subject to binding arbitration: (a) Disputes seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, a Party's intellectual property rights; (b) Disputes arising from allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and (c) any claim for injunctive relief.
No Dispute related to the Site may be commenced more than three (3) years after the cause of action arose.
Corrections
The Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including in descriptions, pricing, and availability. We may correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice.
Disclaimer
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE AND YOUR USE OF IT, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SITE'S CONTENT OR OF ANY LINKED SITES, AND WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR (1) ERRORS OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (2) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, (3) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OUR SERVERS OR ANY PERSONAL OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THERE, (4) ANY INTERRUPTION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SITE, OR (5) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR SIMILAR MATERIAL TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SITE BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, IS AT ALL TIMES LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party arising from: (1) your use of the Site; (2) your breach of these Terms of Use; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties; (4) your violation of a third party's rights, including intellectual property rights; or (5) your misuse of the Site or its services, including submitting false, misleading, or malicious complaints, harassment, or other improper conduct.
If you submit photographic or video evidence, any location metadata it contains must not be falsified or manipulated. Submitting evidence with falsified location data may result in rejection of the complaint and termination of your access. (Note: we do not require that photos contain location metadata; many devices and platforms remove it automatically. We prohibit faking it, not the absence of it.)
User Data
We maintain certain data you transmit to the Site in order to manage its performance and your use of it. Although we perform routine backups, you are solely responsible for the data you transmit and for activity you undertake using the Site. We have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of such data, and you waive any right of action against us arising from it.
Electronic Communications, Transactions & Signatures
Visiting the Site, emailing us, and completing online forms are electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. YOU AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS, AND OTHER RECORDS, AND TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES, POLICIES, AND TRANSACTION RECORDS INITIATED OR COMPLETED BY US OR VIA THE SITE.
Miscellaneous
These Terms of Use, and any policies or operating rules we post, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive it. These Terms operate to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may assign our rights and obligations to others at any time.
If any provision is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it is severable and does not affect the remaining provisions. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and us by these Terms or your use of the Site.
