Affiliate Program Terms of Service
Effective Date: December 1, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By joining the SNITCH Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms of Service (TOS).
- SNITCH reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
- Violation of these terms may result in account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
2. Enrollment & Approval
- Applicants must submit a completed affiliate application through the official SNITCH website.
- Applications are reviewed manually, and SNITCH reserves the right to approve or reject any applicant.
- Affiliates must have a legitimate online presence, such as a website, blog, or active social media account.
- Prohibited Affiliates include those using spam, deceptive marketing, or unauthorized brand bidding.
3. Commission & Payout Structure
- Advocate / Speak Up Plan: $10 per sale
- Partner / Take Action Plan: $25 per sale
- Champion / Lead Change Plan: $50 per sale
- Bonus Incentives: Earn an extra $100 for 10+ signups per month
- Tracking & Attribution: Commissions are tracked using AffiliateWP, Refersion, or Post Affiliate Pro
- 60-Day Cookie Tracking: Earn commissions on sales made within 60 days of a user’s first click
4. Payout Terms
- Minimum payout threshold: $50
- Payout frequency: Monthly
- Payout methods: PayPal, ACH transfer, or store credit
- Chargebacks & Refunds: If a sale is refunded, the commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s earnings
5. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Affiliates must use ethical and legal marketing methods
- Affiliates must disclose their relationship with SNITCH in accordance with FTC guidelines (e.g., “This page contains affiliate links, and I may earn a commission…”)
- Affiliates must not make misleading claims about SNITCH services
6. Prohibited Affiliate Activities
- False or misleading claims such as “guaranteed enforcement”
- Spamming through email, social media, forums, or direct messaging
- Trademark Bidding – No bidding on “SNITCH” or related terms in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other PPC campaigns
- Cookie stuffing or any attempt to manipulate tracking
- Self-purchases using an affiliate link
7. Use of Marketing Materials
- SNITCH provides official banners, blog content, and promotional materials
- Affiliates must not modify logos, branding, or official content without written permission
8. Relationship Between SNITCH & Affiliates
- Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or representatives of SNITCH
- Affiliates cannot act on behalf of SNITCH or claim to provide official support or guarantees
- Participation in the affiliate program does not establish a legal partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship
9. Account Termination
- SNITCH may terminate an affiliate account at any time for the following reasons:
- Violation of any terms outlined in this agreement
- Fraudulent activity or deceptive marketing practices
- 6+ months of inactivity (no referrals or engagement)
- Upon termination:
- Unpaid commissions may be forfeited at SNITCH’s discretion
- The affiliate must immediately stop promoting SNITCH services
10. Limitation of Liability
- SNITCH is not responsible for financial loss, damages, or legal issues related to an affiliate’s participation
- SNITCH does not guarantee specific earnings
- SNITCH is not liable for tracking failures due to ad blockers, browser restrictions, or user settings
11. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Florida
- Any legal disputes must be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida
12. Agreement Acknowledgment
- By signing up for the SNITCH Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service
