Your complaint is in the queue. Before we can file it, we need photo documentation of the violation. Read the requirements below carefully — submissions that don't meet them get rejected and delay your case.

Photo requirements

Every photo you submit must meet all four of these standards. No exceptions.

  • Unedited — No cropping, filters, color adjustments, or enhancements of any kind.
  • Original — Photos must be taken directly from your device and submitted as-is. Screenshots do not qualify.
  • Location services on — GPS must be active on your device when the photo is taken. We verify this.
  • EXIF data intact — Do not run photos through social media, iMessage, WhatsApp, or any app that strips metadata before submitting. Send the original file.

Why we require this: Photo metadata establishes time, date, and GPS coordinates. It protects the integrity of your complaint and satisfies agency evidentiary standards. A complaint built on stripped or edited photos can be dismissed.
