Reducing Your Exposure
Under Florida's SB 60 (2021), anonymous code complaints are no longer permitted. Reports must include the complainant's name and address, which become public under Chapter 119, except in narrow cases involving an imminent threat to public health, safety, or sensitive environmental resources.
