Largo code enforcement complaints
City desk. Not Pinellas County.
Inside city limits, Largo code complaints go to the City’s Community Standards Division in Public Safety.
SNITCH is a private filing service, not the City. We file as complainant of record. Your name stays off the complaint.
Compliant with Florida SB 60.
Filed with Largo Community Standards under our name.
Fear of Retaliation
File direct with Largo Community Standards and Florida law puts your name and address on the complaint. That record is public under Chapter 119.
Who Handles It
Inside Largo: Largo Community Standards. Unincorporated Pinellas: Pinellas County Code Enforcement Division. Other cities run their own desks.
Agent Filing Rules
We file under our name with the desk that owns the address. If that shop bounces a third-party complainant, that filing does not sit there.

"SNITCH cuts through red tape—handling your code complaints professionally, safely, and always in compliance with Florida law.
- Chaz Stevens, Chief Snitch
We file the real ones.
We reject the rest.

City code. Not a grudge.
Every submission is checked against the Largo code, including Chapter 9, Code Enforcement. Hearsay, neighbor wars, and junk filings do not go out. A false complaint is on the client.
Issues Largo highlights: grass and weeds over 12 inches, boat and RV parking limits, inoperable or unlicensed vehicles, and code lien waiver process.
FL SB 60
Why It Matters
SB 60 DID NOT END LARGO COMPLAINTS
Florida law requires a name and address before most code investigations start. File direct with Largo Community Standards and that name is public. SNITCH files as complainant of record.
Compliant filing. Our name on the paper.
See something. File it without becoming the file.

FAQS
Who handles code enforcement in Largo?
The City of Largo Community Standards Division, part of Public Safety. Call (727) 587-6799. Online, use Notify Community Standards Form.
Is my address Largo or Pinellas County?
Largo handles addresses inside its city limits. Unincorporated Pinellas goes to Pinellas County Code Enforcement Division at (727) 464-4761. A Largo mailing address is not always inside the city.
How many boats or RVs can I park at my house in Largo?
Largo allows up to three boats or RVs, with only one in the front yard (maximum 26 feet, on an improved surface), and all must be operable and licensed.
Can I report a code violation in Largo anonymously?
Not to the city. Since July 2021, Florida law requires a complainant’s name and address before most code investigations. SNITCH is not anonymous either: we file under our own name as complainant of record, so yours stays off the complaint.
What happens if a violation is not fixed?
Unresolved Largo code cases go before a Code Enforcement Board or a Special Magistrate. The Code Enforcement Board (residential cases) meets the last Thursday of each month at 1:30 p.m. at Largo City Hall; a Special Magistrate hears commercial and unpermitted-work cases.
Is my name on the complaint? What if a desk will not take an agent filing? Our FAQs answer both.
