Naples code enforcement complaints
City of Naples. Not Collier County.
Inside city limits, Naples code complaints go to the City’s Code Compliance Division. Plenty of Naples mailing addresses sit outside the city, in unincorporated Collier County.
SNITCH is a private filing service, not the City. We file as complainant of record. Your name stays off the complaint.
Compliant with Florida SB 60.
Filed with the right Naples or Collier desk under our name.
Fear of Retaliation
Naples says a person who reports a code violation must provide a name and address before an investigation. File it yourself and that record is public under Chapter 119.
Who Handles It
Inside City of Naples limits: the City’s Code Compliance Division. Unincorporated Collier: Collier County Code Enforcement. The City publishes a map to check which side an address is on.
Agent Filing Rules
We file under our name with the desk that owns the address. If that shop bounces a third-party complainant, that filing does not sit there.
How It Works

"SNITCH cuts through red tape—handling your code complaints professionally, safely, and always in compliance with Florida law.
- Chaz Stevens, Chief Snitch
We file the real ones.
We reject the rest.

City or County. Not a grudge.
Every submission is checked against the code that applies to the address, including Naples Code Chapter 16 for property maintenance. Hearsay, neighbor wars, and junk filings do not go out. A false complaint is on the client.
The City lists high grass, debris, structures in disrepair, RV, boat and trailer storage, unpermitted signs, sea turtle lighting, and short-term rentals among the issues it handles.
FL SB 60
Why It Matters
SB 60 DID NOT END NAPLES COMPLAINTS
Naples cites SB 60: a name and address before any investigation. File direct and that name is public. SNITCH files as complainant of record with the desk that owns the property.
Compliant filing. Our name on the paper.
See something. File it without becoming the file.
