Rockledge code enforcement complaints
City desk. Not Brevard County.
Inside city limits, Rockledge code complaints go to the City’s Code Enforcement.
SNITCH is a private filing service, not the City. We file as complainant of record. Your name stays off the complaint.
Compliant with Florida SB 60.
Filed with Rockledge Code Enforcement under our name.
Fear of Retaliation
Rockledge puts it this way: “Indirect complaints through City staff or persons, must be accompanied by the name and address of the complainant for submission to the Code Board.” File it yourself and that record is public under Chapter 119.
Who Handles It
Inside Rockledge: Rockledge Code Enforcement. Unincorporated Brevard: Brevard County Code Enforcement (Code Compliance), Planning and Development Department. Other cities run their own desks.
Agent Filing Rules
We file under our name with the desk that owns the address. If that shop bounces a third-party complainant, that filing does not sit there.

"SNITCH cuts through red tape—handling your code complaints professionally, safely, and always in compliance with Florida law.
- Chaz Stevens, Chief Snitch
We file the real ones.
We reject the rest.

City code. Not a grudge.
Every submission is checked against the Rockledge code, including Chapter 16, Nuisances. Hearsay, neighbor wars, and junk filings do not go out. A false complaint is on the client.
Issues Rockledge highlights: RV and camper parking behind the front building line, boat and trailer length limits (22 feet), commercial vehicles in residential areas, and garage sales (four per 12 months).
FL SB 60
Why It Matters
SB 60 DID NOT END ROCKLEDGE COMPLAINTS
Florida law requires a name and address before most code investigations start. File direct with Rockledge Code Enforcement and that name is public. SNITCH files as complainant of record.
Compliant filing. Our name on the paper.
See something. File it without becoming the file.

FAQS
Who handles code enforcement in Rockledge?
The City of Rockledge Code Enforcement. Call (321) 221-7540. Online, use Code Violation Complaint Form. Email: codeenforcement@cityofrockledge.org.
Is my address Rockledge or Brevard County?
Rockledge handles addresses inside its city limits. Unincorporated Brevard goes to Brevard County Code Enforcement (Code Compliance), Planning and Development Department at (321) 633-2086. A Rockledge mailing address is not always inside the city.
Where can I park my RV or camper in Rockledge?
Rockledge allows one owned RV or camper per property, behind the front building line in the side or back yard on an improved surface, with current tags; no one may live in it (Sec. 30-103(e)).
Can I report a code violation in Rockledge anonymously?
Not to the city. Rockledge says: “Indirect complaints through City staff or persons, must be accompanied by the name and address of the complainant for submission to the Code Board.” SNITCH is not anonymous either: we file under our own name as complainant of record, so yours stays off the complaint.
What happens if a violation is not fixed?
Unresolved Rockledge code cases go before the Code Enforcement Board. The Code Enforcement Board meets at 6 p.m. on the second Thursday of every other month in the City Council Chamber.
Is my name on the complaint? What if a desk will not take an agent filing? Our FAQs answer both.
