Palm Bay code enforcement complaints
City desk. Not Brevard County.
Inside city limits, Palm Bay code complaints go to the City’s Code Compliance Division in the Growth Management Department.
SNITCH is a private filing service, not the City. We file as complainant of record. Your name stays off the complaint.
Compliant with Florida SB 60.
Filed with Palm Bay Code Compliance under our name.
Fear of Retaliation
Palm Bay puts it this way: “Name and address of the complainant is required.” File it yourself and that record is public under Chapter 119.
Who Handles It
Inside Palm Bay: Palm Bay Code Compliance. Unincorporated Brevard: Brevard County Code Enforcement (Code Compliance), Planning and Development Department. Other cities run their own desks.
Agent Filing Rules
We file under our name with the desk that owns the address. If that shop bounces a third-party complainant, that filing does not sit there.

"SNITCH cuts through red tape—handling your code complaints professionally, safely, and always in compliance with Florida law.
- Chaz Stevens, Chief Snitch
We file the real ones.
We reject the rest.

City code. Not a grudge.
Every submission is checked against the Palm Bay code, including Chapter 93, Real Property Nuisances. Hearsay, neighbor wars, and junk filings do not go out. A false complaint is on the client.
Issues Palm Bay highlights: RV and commercial vehicle parking in residential areas, tall grass and weeds over 12 inches, junk or inoperative vehicles, and garage sale limits (two per year).
FL SB 60
Why It Matters
SB 60 DID NOT END PALM BAY COMPLAINTS
Florida law requires a name and address before most code investigations start. File direct with Palm Bay Code Compliance and that name is public. SNITCH files as complainant of record.
Compliant filing. Our name on the paper.
See something. File it without becoming the file.
